EN - Il nome dialettale La Moja, deriva dalla forma medioevale Molea, dal tardo latino molleus (melmoso, umido), in riferimento alle caratteristiche del terreno, che era particolarmente paludoso. In particolare pare aver preso il nome da un antico fosso detto appunto La Moja. Moglia, con la sua frazione Bondanello, è un paese di “terra e acqua” a ridosso del fiume Secchia. La peculiarità di questo paese è il suo stesso territorio, con i paesaggi e la natura, la realtà agricola e le sognanti panoramiche agresti.
